Blinking is a natural reaction. I blink all the time during sparring. That’s why you need to be defensive responsible.

I had a similar problem I also used to look away while sparing when someone was about to hit my face

You can tell B4 learned a lot from boxing✨🥊

unrelated but i find that you can say your intro in literally 3 seconds funny and impressive lol

Had no idea blinking was an issue in boxing 😭

use a reflex ball and learn to stop getting scared of punches by lightly tapping your face

Maybe a weird question but if im gonna start boxing and i walk into a gym and i am 15 years old, should i walk in alone or with a parent?

First time would be best without a parent to see if its something for you. Second or third time, take your parent with you to sign up and make them watch

I've been in more fights than most people cause I grew up in Africa, but I still blink.

its ok to blink in boxing as long as your outside punching range, just make sure you dont flinch.
