    this video hits too close to home. my partner gave me a break from a relationship so I can heal and come back to fix the relationship. i can't believe i went from standing up against abuse to becoming abusive with the person I love

    As others have said, thank you so much for doing this. I’ve always been aware of my behavior and always feel like sht and regretful once I’ve said all the wrong things to people I love. I try to apologize sincerely trying to be better but I always fall back into the behavior especially when I am in under a lot of pressure.

    Andrea, I strongly identify with you. My dad was abusive to me and I picked it up from him and now I am abusing my mother. It’s so scary. I don’t want to do this to her. I need help!

    @@Sometheinuhuh I have. She tells me that I am not. She didn’t think my father was abusive either, though. Still I know I can be this way. I am working on my behavior now, though, and I have seen some improvement

    I have big issues these videos are awesome is there any way we can talk some more I feel so lost in my life with my kids and now my daughters dad left me about a month ago 😩 my life seems to be falling apart yet again
