My step mom is a nurse and she’s so good at keeping us cool on a hot summer day. It was about 100°F and we had to play in the heat and she kept giving the WHOLE team water and ice in our helmets. No one was overheated :)

For years I have been practicing this but using my own technic. I close my eyes and relax. Picture yourself in the coldest memory of your life. Take your fingers from both hands and slowly touch your skin on your stomach, up and down while still remembering how cold you felt. Spray some water on your arms legs and belly while continuing to keep your mind in that cold place. Practice. Then when you start feeling goosebumps still keep practicing. After you have done this a few times now work on stopping the goosebumps with heat. Picture yourself in the hottest memory of your life, mine is the desert. By doing this over and over you will be able to give yourself goosebumps then make them stop immediately with out the use of the spray bottle. After practicing this for so long I am now able to make myself get goosebumps then immediately stopping the chills and doing it all over again. Mind over matter the power of the mind is very interesting.

If AC isn’t working.. Go in your car for AC and if that doesn’t work Drive somewhere that you know 100% has AC

1. Put down some towels on your bed or somewhere you can lay down. 2.Get another towel soak it in water. 3.Wring out the towel. 4. Have a fan blow on you. 5. Lay down on the towel you put down. 6. Either wear a bathing suit or your birthday suit. 7. Then put the wet towel over your body.

Or just put normal water in a spray bottle. That works too I guess.
