How to start your Yamaha Xmax 300 without your key

This is a Yamaha factory option to start your bike without the key or if you lose your key.
Simply press the key switch until the light in the dash blinks
Repeat 3 times until the light goes steady
Then hold the switch button until it blinks the corresponding amount of time’s to the code on your key card
Repeat code until light goes steady then start your bike

Can this be done even if the steering lock is on? My steering wheel is in the locked position

What if I press the knob and the key flash does not turn on at all? It might seems that my battery is dead?

Tipz your code should be inside the smart key.

someone could count the time per each click to get the password that you wasn’t to show the viewers, just a heads up.

It's on a card that you should have gotten with the bike.
