The MSDS says to wear an OSHA-approved respirator when opening the drum.
Greasing the threads on the gun is a good idea. We had ours get stuck.

Basically there is a return line on the machine to heat up the barrels using the machine heaters. And a gun fluid manifold allows you to heat up the hose faster with the machine heaters.
