For breakfast usually I just drink coffee, I will occasionally eat cereal or something I’m trying to cut back on eating a lot

I feel like what would help me way more is working out in a space void of too many people. I love gyms, but they tend to be over crowded specially after work therefore limiting my time in the gym. However, I have been hitting a calisthenics park and running and I enjoy it way more because while the equipment is limited, I am alone and have more chances of progress.

I got in pretty great shape and then started doing the Ben affleck batman vs Superman workout and it’s insane full body workout and increases strength and size and also maintains it as well. I would do that and run as well and now I’m in peak shape. The workout in going to be attached to this comment.

I’d avoid anything that agitates your injury and avoid shoulder workouts in general. Just focus on rehabbing that rotator cuff and focus on other aspects of your fitness in the meantime. For instance lower body strength or endurance. Give it a goal for the rest of the moment and make sure you come back strong!
