Fly ash bricks manufacturing has become a big money making business in India. Now people of India have slowly adapting the green brick technology (Fly ash Bricks) which is going to be a savior of our mother nature for years to come.
Let me throw some precise points on this good money making business and some do’s and don’ts about fly ash bricks manufacturing process.

Land Requirement: One should have minimum half acres of factory campus to start this business (though half acre is OK, 1 acre is preferred to stock and curing the bricks)
Factory Location:Set up you Factory Premises within 100 KM radius to any of Thermal Power plants nearby for the sake of fly ash quota approval from EB.
Availability of Water:Obviously you need plenty of water to facilitate the fly ash brick manufacturing process (preferably soft water), so it’s better you setup your factory where you have easy availability of water.
Environmental Issues: Unloading Fly ash and storing it in open space generates huge air pollution to the environment. So, make sure that your factory campus is not surrounded by residential area or any other factories that manufacture sensitive products that are prone to damage with accumulation of micro dust particles.Some Big shots in this business use Silo’s to store the fly ash to avoid such complications (though it is optional)

Sir mera ek que hai.... Ham India ko aage badana chahte hai lkn sir 10k tak slaary me kya hi insan aage badenga... Uski family kaise survive karte honge..... Itni km salary q qki wo jada kam karte hai Khud ke ghar ka kam + aane jane ka paidal + khana bhi khud ka le kar aate hai + site par bhi kam karte hai + or bhi dusre Kam jo koi bata de site engineer ya owner.....

What shall be compressive strength of brick with lime and gypsum . And what will be strength of brick using cement . What will be cost difference in brick between cement and lime /gypsum brick

13 lakh ki machine ke liye 6 lakh ka starter bhi lena padta he. Labour ke liye rooms or per Brick pr labour charges 60 paisa aata he almost or per Brick pr 1.5 ₹ margin rehta he.

It depends on the machine, plant area lights, office's electricity. So after calculating that deduct it from the monthly Revenue.

Is buisness me profit hota hai ya nhi? Actual me kitna cost ata h ek mid set buisness start krne me,, or market me uski demand kesi h? Loan lekr kiya jaye to kya labour electricity or loan ka emi nikal jata h ya nahi ? Loan lekr krna chahiye ya nhi?

Running cost of plant Atleast 1 or 2 month 10000×3.42 per day =34200 34200×26 days = 889200+machine 1300000 2189200 15 day manufacturing+curing Next 15 to selling may 2 month start returns. Make sure you have enough running cost.
