@@ufckyahai First the person who is putting up the cold storage or and storage technology should have a well versed knowledge. Ask for all technical designs . Understanding them in depth. Most of the components which mr. Yogesh bhai uses in these projects are imported . He himself has not been able to manufacture these items considering his wide experience in this industry . Plus in every project you compare his quotes regarding power consumption with actual there will be vast difference . Plus also find out from banks about the NPA in terms of total number of projects he has put up . How much are successful and how many have gone bad in terms of banking norms. Enquire about his past performance his past bankers .
