You do not need that much money and you can still make 6 figures. I've been a nurse in swfl for 20 years and I've been in marketing as well. Now I'm speaking from swfl. You don't even need a brick and mortar at first. The money is there for the smallest business owner. There is alot of work ahead of you but you could start one with less than 10000$. Interesting though I'm originally from Lincoln, NE. Absolutely agree with the passion.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. We've started around 50 locations in various markets. To illustrate, our CEO, Dustin (featured in the video), began with $5,000 in his basement in Omaha, NE, alongside his partner, Jerod Evanich. They grew the business to $2.5 million in four years by bootstrapping, meaning they didn’t take a salary for at least a year-a step many can’t afford to take. When seeking a loan to start a business, the SBA recommends including some funds for personal expenses. We suggest a minimum of $40k for the first year to cover living costs. It's about choosing your growth path: if you aim for a $1 million agency in a year, you either need strong personal connections or significant investment in marketing, both on the ground and digitally, to generate leads. While it’s possible to start with less, rapid growth often requires substantial investment. From our experience, locations that invested over $150k reached $1 million in annual revenue faster than those that operated on a tighter budget. Hope this insight helps. Apologies for the late reply
