So basically you need 2 LLCs. The *"Holding"* company and the operational entity which means MORE added cost..😫THIS is the part NOBODY on KZread is telling us! They're just saying get an LLC and start doing business..yeah and get yourself in a whole world & mess of trouble..😒😞😡

A private corporation cannot have a name that makes it appear the corporation is a government entity. The Federal Reserve System (FRS) is part government and part private. The Board of Governors that oversee the FRS is a government agency. The 12 Reserve Banks are private not-for-profit organizations. However, the Reserve Banks operate in the public interest, so they are regarded as government entities. Hope that answers your question! Let us know if you have any more
