What if I told you you could make more money than a fortune 500 CEO with a 0 employee business?
I wanted to find out how the heck that’s possible, so I interviewed 3 entrepreneurs who make over $1M/year with NO employees to ask them what their secret is and what advice they have for people who want to follow in their footsteps.

Where's the course on 'getting rich without selling a course'?

Why bash information products? Granted, selling a course on getting rich is scammy, but there's plenty if information out there that people need or want that can be packaged into a course. Really, a good course is about shortening the learning curve of any particular skill.

So true, years ago I had a small business where I was on my own, was basically a freelancer and used to do some outsourcing. Now the business I’ve been running for the past 4 years or so I have around 15 staff, the amount of headaches and stress I have now is crazy and I really want to go back to just being by myself or very small team. Even if I make less money I’d much prefer that. So I’m going to sell this business and go back to a similar setup I had before as life was so much better back then

True, A lot of folks downplay the role of professionals until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

Thank you for this video. Wish it was longer than 10:00min. Great Information! You have a video on starting a newsletter?
Thank you Noah for this very interesting video. The important part of being a solopreneur is that you can manage to maintain that work-life balance and still have time for family, and friends, and keep your mind away from your work ( checking emails on your phone for example during your breakfast or dinner or while you watch a movie!). We work to live but we do not live to work. If you are not able to have that balance, I think it is better to outsource some tasks, it takes time to find the right people but when you have found them... you get your life back and some free time to relax!
this here uncle Noah is the real perspective on how to start a business. thankyou so much

We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

The picture of the southwest CEO is extremely misleading. He makes millions in stock compensation, wayyyy more than the person on the right
I have seriously been doing everything wrong for decades... these guys are killing it.
Lean operations is the summary. Great job with this amazing content .
so, this is a commercial for a course on how to make money making courses, and the examples are commercials on other courses on how to do stuff; basicly, to own a company of one employee, you have to make a course on a topic and promote it
I don't see a lot of information about solopreneurs. I like getting their feedback on how they got there and what the process was like. I must put some of these things into practice.
Thank you Noah for this great content. I wonder how many hours per week do they work on average to release newsletter content / digital product? I'm definitely in the plans of doing this as I'm learning Cloud technology.
Southwest CEO made $5.7m in 2021 in total comp, but ya point still stands that $1m/year is unreal money.

Noah, why did you remove the latest short video of Alex? You were right about questioning the validity of his business and number.
I grew an education and publishing company to 300 people. Then things went sideways, i made some basic business mistakes like letting one company become all our business, and i am currently suing that one company. Anyways, creating something where you are not serving clients, chasing money, complex legal issues, but instead working by yourself without the responsibility that comes with each and everyone you hire, sounds pretty amazing. Bigger isnt better.
Question about the newsletter tip at @5:50 : I would like to have an example, where a 3 weeks knowlege advance is enough for an audience to be interesting. Why should they watch a person, who is still learning (f.e. how to cut videos) and not watching/reading the "original" stuff from the professional? And what has this to do with "newsletter"? P.S.: Thanks for your videos :)
Holy shit that was an inspired vid man. Gonna rewatch this!
