Stuff like this is really inspiring and shows us what we can and can’t do with such an idea 💡 love the content
I've always had a dream of having my own 50's-60's themed diner and just recently looked into a food cart as a start.
u gotta have some more enthusiasm when you interview these hard working folks brother!

This guy was just given the questions to ask while filming. Interviewer is Probably her HUSBAND or something. Hahah, no enthusiasm and poorly scripted.
I second that! "Join Vendors United"
great video with hard work and a simple idea you can still be profitable with small food businesses even this idea! great story
Nice Cart, girl!😮 You took the word's out my mouth ie it's a lot work.
This is truly inspirational and motivational. ♥
Awesome congratulations, keep it going,Ben is a great mentor ,stay in touch!!!!
Im glad shes doing good. I might just try it out over here in California
I liked the video would have loved to see a breakdown of her entire set up
Hi, thank you for the video. First time here.
great content, keep it up guys !
Most states won't let you prep and cook raw products from an open cart.

There are ways around it, but it's limiting to what you can offer. If you befriend someone with a commercial kitchen you can rent some space to heat up hot dogs and burgers and then just keep them hot. It's not the best, but it is a work around.
Pls clean the side of the grill keep your grill clean ! When you're not cooking a order always clean then clean then clean very important to keep your customers safe ! Keep up the hard work 👍 !

Fantastic fantastic!!
God bless use and ur business 🙏🏽
good interview.
Yooooo S/0 Ben Wilson he really the 🐐 do yo homework
I love watching hot dog carts good for her. Looks good. I’m wondering for the people that do this full time does it take from your daily life. How is the work life balance? I don’t know why but it looks like fun to do and simple.
It gets pretty cold in Tennessee in the winter!
Nice cart! Cart is less over head, stick with the cart.❤
God bless her.
I appreciate how you didn't stop with the questions. i wonder why she mentioned she wanted to move closer to tennessee so she can do it all year round. is that because thats where the guy is that sales the hot dog carts? or just weather wise?
In Alabama you have to be off the ground to cook raw food.
Sounds like Napoleon Dynamite is interviewing her
Am I the only one? 5k per month and BOTH are working? Seems like another set of Americans wanting more, not needing less. Me I can survive on 10k PER YEAR! I'm not lazy, at all, just hate EVERYTHING about having to answer to someone else or have someone else tell me, after decades of dedication, that I no longer have a job. That is worth more than ANY amount of money!

$5000/month revenue is only $60,000/year assuming no vacations etc. from the revenue must be deducted operating costs like supplies and fuel etc. this produces about $30-40,000/year actual net income from which income taxes are paid etc.

Thats fucked up. Back in the good ole days it was much easier to start a business and that was when this country was going uphill not down.
Can’t do this in Colorado on a cart with raw meat, I’m going to say they just haven’t been caught yet
What taxes and costs do I have to pay?
what states allow raw meat off a cart?
We need to move to where she vends….because I don’t know where you can do raw meat on a cart!

Looks like she has no commissary kitchen which is mandated in most states. Reason for this is to control food bourn issues

You should get a job at mccyds😢
I recommend a few changes; You should do all food prep at your place of business or if you're a home business, do it in your kitchen under a better-controlled environment other than outdoors, straight from the packaging. Also, your hair should not be flying all over the place. Wear a cap, scarf, or a hairnet. FOODBORNE ILLNESS IS A REAL THING!
