How to Standing Back Full / Backflip 360 | Tutorial

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hey y'all! Here's my tutorial for how to do a standing back full - also referred to as a back flip 360 or standing full. I show some basic requirements for the skill such as a backflip, an untucked backflip, and a full turn / rotation. While this move may look slightly different in the tricking world, I tend to perform a gymnastics style back full.

    Hey Bro, honestly wow. I don't know where to begin. I found this backflip full tutorial a while back, as in, mid 2020. I was trying so hard to teach myself how to backflip full. Your tutorial is the best one I have found. It helped me so much. Now I discovered more of your videos today and I've been loving them, and to suddenly discover that it was you who started me on the right path to doing a backflip full just blew my mind. Though you haven't posted for a while, you're still very much a favourite KZreadr of mine, even though I've been watching you for only the last hour. But I really love your character, your humility, your editing skills and your straightforward honesty and cheerfulness that you bring. You have a new subscriber 😄 " Come near to God and he will come near to you." - James 4:8, NIV

    Hey there! There could be two things: 1) Either you need to pull your twist a little harder and hold it a little longer. Or 2) You've gotta focus more on the rotation of the flip (which is likely what it is). Kick that leg and jump really hard! It takes a good amount of practice! As for the tramp, I'm not a huge fan of doing tricking movements on trampolines anyways, haha.

    I actually do the same thing. I do all of my tricking movements to my left (i.e. I cork to my left), but I do my gymnastic twists to the right (I full to the right). It can be a pretty annoying thing sometimes, but I'm working on changing up the direction of some of my moves, so you might have to do the same thing!

  • @sethmanor1923

    @sethmanor1923

    Which are you trying to change your full or cork? I've been watching you for a while and I have surprisingly not noticed this. I have felt it more comfortable twisting to the right but I feel as though my j step could be easier to change but it will be an uncomfortable change for a while I am sure of it.
