Best to avoid physical contact with the opposite gender at work. Not even a pat on shoulder. Simple as that. You can just be friendly and polite in your verbal interaction. And avoid conversation that includes too personal matters and also no word/phrase that could potentially have sexual inneundo. Basically, go work and get the fuck home.
