I have been trying to spot my daughter doing this from 5th to now 9th grade. This hands down has been the best video teaching me AND her how both of us need to be!!!!

Maybe a good friend would be willing to help! And they can learn how to back handspring as well! :)
I go to a tumbling class I am a kid I’m just in my mom‘s profile pic but I am I go to the tumbling class and I’m working on backhand springs and my mom is looking up like how to back how do you spot a backhand spring and this might help her

We filmed this video while things were shut down in our state. We wore our masks as a precaution, so everyone could stay safe.
