No 2016 version doesn't support this function yet.

Text to column is meant to work on delimiters. The example in this tutorial has numbers and text in each cell in a column. So I'm not sure if text to column can be helpful in this case.
Can't find this in 2010 version

TEXTSPLIT is not available in 2010 yet. But you can practice this formula in Excel for web or Android/iOS apps. Or you can use goto special to separate the mixed data as shown in another tutorial: kzread.infogW37x2TkzOY?feature=share
