As an American tourist, I would easily recommend Sri Lanka to be one of the best spots for anyone's holiday from everything you said plus the people factor. Some of the most wonderful , warm and hospitable people on the planet. I call it my second home...

Just watched the video. Very informative. Planning to visit there from Kerala. We are coming from USA . We will stretch to 7 days , that way we don’t have to rush for everything, plus not very keen about food because we are Indians . Hope we can find some locals to drive in different places , from starting to end . Don’t want to consult travel agencies, because they take good commissions and the poor driver get paid less . Sri Lanka was amazing, we had a fantastic family holiday visiting the beaches, National Parks, the cultural triangle and lots more. And the video is very informative and briefly explained. Thanks for sharing such a detailed video. Highly recommended.

As a srilankan i recomnd this video for all tourists. if u have time visit Sigiriya, Dambulla Temple, Nilaweli beach, anuradhapura and polonnaruwa ancient city, jaffna and nuwaraeliya.

@@jagannathsaha8083 u cn go colombo city tour, Mirissa hidden beach, ella, kandy, nuwaraeliya, sripada, sigiriya, anuradpura and pollonaruwa ancient cities, jaffna, gall fort, trinco, yala national park.. Kandy to ella train ride. Watch youtube videoes. U cn get a idea.

I've been six times. To foolow that itinery, you would need to be Superman. (ie Kandy to Ella is 6/7 hours alone)
