Jenna & I spent over 2 months in Washington State and Mount Rainier National Park was a HUGE highlight. We visited 3 different times with various friends and family that came out to visit and would gladly spend a lot more time there!
Hopefully this video is helpful if you’re considering planning a trip to Mount Rainier. The Paradise area is probably the most popular in the park and for good reason. The Skyline Trail would be at the top of my recommendations list if I had to pick just one trail.
It’s worth mentioning that Summertime gets quite busy here. We visited in early October and it was amazing.

Thanks for details of hike. We are in our 60's and will be at Mt. Rainer next fall in mid-September. The national park campgrounds are first come first serve after Sept 11, so I hope we can get a spot.
