Quench Your Adventure

Quench Your Adventure

We are Jenna & Jeremy - proud addicts of travel and adventure! We now live in Florida after 3 years of nomad-life.

We met in Orlando, Florida back in 2014 and married in 2017. Over the last few years, we’ve learned to “travel hack” (earning thousands of rewards points), we’ve created a Bucket List, and have decided to share our adventures with the world.

In August of 2020 we bought an RV and hit the road Full-Time! After 14 months, we sold the RV to travel abroad! We also spent 3 months in Iceland working an exciting freelance gig. After 3 years of travel, we're now expecting a baby and we moved back to our home state of Florida.

Our goal is to inspire others to get out there and Quench Your Adventure!

Mom of 6. Someone told me after one of my 1st babies it takes a womens hips up to 2 years to move back into place, and for their body to return back to pre baby stage. so dont get discuragged if it take longer than you expect or planned or thought.

Yes that's absolutely normal! Belly compression wraps help not only your belly but also stabilizes your posture and helps your muscles, but otherwise just have patience, your body's a miracle!❤

Speaking of surface level. Stretch can go away. They are surface level. I had stretch marks from being chunkier and when I went vegan and jogged everyday, my inner thigh stretch marks vanished! So, there is hope for you. After baby, you can start a healthy exercise regimen.

I also gained 60 lbs just had my baby 3 weeks ago. Weighed myself at the 2 week mark and I lots 30 lbs. Crazy how much of that was water Weight, baby, placenta, etc. Now 30 lbs left to go. I am giving myself 7-8 months to lose it instead of feeling rushing in an unhealthy way.

You are beautiful! Its so hard but so worth it! Your body will forever be different, but your soul is going to be so full of love and joy.. also fear and frustration. Be gentle with yourself though. Life is too short and too hard to beat yourself up. Always remember that all of this is you being an amazing woman creating an entire human, with their own personality. The love you will feel when you meet that baby is like nothing you have ever felt! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You have a healthy post partum body. I “bounced back” super fast but only because I was hungry all during my pregnancy and after. It was unhealthy. You are healthy! Huzzah!

Do you wear a nursing bra during the day? If not, wear one and see if it helps. Because when you let the girls hang free, the fabric of your shirt rubs against them and could definitely trigger a letdown, causing the leaks. I only leaked if i got too full, which would be during my 4-hour stretch of sleep. I've started wearing my pumping bra to bed and stopped leaking. Target sells nursing tanks that have built-in padding, and it's pretty much all I wear during the day 😅.

I remember feeling so thin after giving birth the first time, I just wanted to put on my jeans……I could get them up to mid thigh :( And I had a husband that reminded me everyday that I was fat !!! But trust me when I say, if you breast feed your baby, the weight will fall off and things go back in place in time !!!

They heal and become way lighter when they are small stretch marks like these. My belly has very large ones. My youngest is 4 years old and they definitely won't disappear anytime soon. They are kind of more white but... They are still very visible. The smaller ones are pretty much better, though.
