Very nice plantation. I get it. I started using ਨੇ just from familiarity of what I would hear but no one explained it so clearly.

Thank you, this was so useful. I was always confused why people speaking in Punjabi don’t speak like written Punjabi. I have a question though. Does the informal tu (ਤੂੰ) have the same endings as the singular oh (ਉਹ)?

Great video, I love these outdoor videos and will definitely check out your facebook for more. I just have a question that isn’t entirely related: if you want to give respect to a person, could you use plural form for them like ਨਾਨਾ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ, or does that kind of thing only work for ਤੁਸੀਂ also suggestion for a future video, could you show how to make comparisons in punjabi (ex: she plays tennis better than him)? i have heard ਨਾਲ਼ੋਂ but am not entirely sure how to use it. thank you ji

Exactly, to give respect we use it plural. I will make these types videos slowly slowly whenever I get the time

She plays tennis better than him: ਓਹ ਓਹਦੇ ਨਾਲ਼ੋਂ ਬਧੀਆ/ਚੰਗਾ tennis 🎾 ਖੇਡਦੀ/ਖੇਡ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਐ/ਆ ਬਧੀਆ (malwai colloquial pronunciation for ਵਧੀਆ) Btw, Avoid ਅੱਛਾ for good as that is a hindi word, in Punjabi ਅੱਛਾ is used for "hmm", "oh ok" (ਓਹ ਅੱਛਾ/ਅਸ਼ਾ)
