Finally realized rushing through the story won’t help you in the end! Doing side quest and finding stronger gear in caves and bandit camps. Really help your odds!

you can actually fly up to the headmasters office and open the door with the lockpicking spell. No quest required

Weird glitch for me. There's just a eagle statue where the steps should be down to the door you use that key on. Can't get by it, as the game registers the steps are there. But the statue stops me from descending

@Tyraxes S121 yeah because you haven't progressed far enough into the story for the stairs to be there, like i said on my other comment, you can easily just fast travel and go back up to unlock the room 😁

😂2:37 lol I never saw those symbols. I just saw the doors partially opening and realized it was in time with the clock part swinging back and forth and froze it based on the timing. Way more difficult but I’m glad I figured it out even though I accidentally made it harder for myself.

For some reason, the lock for the door is gone. And I can't open the door to the balcony. Edit: I figured it out, you have to meet Bakar after Niamh's mission and finish talking to Fig, after. Then you can go back to his office and the lock's will be there.

For the last secret you don't have to wait that long. Fly to the top of the Great Hall tower till you see a balcony with a set of stairs. It might take a couple tries to land but there are two doors. The bottom door leads to the head masters office where you'll find a couple treasure chests. Go back out to the balcony and go up the stairs. Unlock the door and go upstairs to find the key of admittance on the table. Then head to the trophy room :3

@@rolandofgilead43 It's possible that they fixed it, but even when I did it was a trick to land there, you have to use the lower part of the stairs in the right corner, you can get access in fact to that room if you have lock 3 mastery but, getting to the very last corridor will not be possible I believe

I had the same issue turns out there’s a door I missed opening on the cloak tower that was kind of hidden.

Full playthrough after the June 02 patch, both Locks on the headmaster balcony doors are missing... 100% on everything except the third Secret... Flew up to the balcony to try to get into the loft that way but can't get past the second door either! The entire door glows with Revelio. Don't even have any mods installed.

You can also just fly to the headmaster's room on your broom. Just look for the tallest tower to Hogwarts and fly your broom up the stairwell.

I did it and opened the chest but didn't get the robes I don't remember what was in it but I probably messed up my 100% completion I'll know more once I get to 80%

You can get to the headmasters office before you do the poly juice quest. You just fly above the invisible barrier that on the balcony then hold b and you should slip between the barrier and then you just unlock the doors and you're in. You'll still need to whisper his password in the poly juice quest but the glitch can get you the secrets early.

Last secret is glitched for me

for the clock tower pendulum, the spell "Arresto Momentum" works just as well

Yeah but it doesn't last long at all. It's impossible to get the door that's all the way up top if you use Arresto Momentum. Using Glacius freezes the pendulum for as long as you want it to be frozen, until you use Confringo or Incendio to thaw it back out.

@@kasper_429 you can use arresto on different floors, so just go to the floor with the door and use it on the clock. but glacius does work better.

If you want the headmaster outfit you just need to do the first 2 secret puzzle to unlock it no need to do all 3 for headmaster outfit

Actually you dont need the polyjuice potion to unlock the HM office you just need to find the password,, once you do that you have free rain up there

oh, the pendulum does have the Glacius symbol on it XD i used Arresto momentum to solve that puzzle. i also solved it from top to bottom. since i had not actually gone back to this area of the castle after racing trough the dueling tournaments.

You can get to the headmasters office and achievement before the polyjuice plot on a broom, but u need to do polyjuice plot to complete the challenge.

FYI you can just fly up to the headmaster's study once you have Aloha lvl 3

I didn't know glacius could stop the pendulum :O I thought you needed arresto momentum

i had used arestu momentum on the pendulum challange and works too

i was wondering how many people had figured this puzzle out - when i did it i used Arresto Momentum though as i found the doors at the top first so didnt see the ice symbol that is on the big pendulum until i got to the bottom. and let out a homer doh!

There more then 30 got those and have found 6 extra so far and right about the place you buy battle plants there is a dissolution chest too haven't seen it on any videos yet.

I unlocked the Headmaster outfit and I’m not even over with Autumn.

Interesting. I completed the game, but noticed this challenge isn't complete. Came looking for the answer and it turns out I already did these items on my own. Sad, but must be a bug. Those big chests are buggy. If your inventory is full when you open one, you lose the item. I had to reload a save many times.

I have done all three of those and haven't unlocked the Fashionable Dress Robes...

@@adiddy911 YES OMG THERE WAS AN EXTRA SECRET DOOR IN THE BELL TOWER. I had to go up specific stairs to get to it I can’t remember but I seen it while on my broom next to the bell tower, opposite the swinging part

I don’t think it works until you’re given the treasure map quest from that hufflepuff (I think Arthur?)

The key is not there for me, i picked it up during the Polypotions quest, my hame crashed forgot to pick up after the crash, finished the quest went back to the door nothing happened, went to the tower and no key is there. Anyfix?? On console

The door with the big circle thing where you have to fly up to the tower to get the key it's useless and doesn't work the door doesn't even have a lock on it so opening that big circle door is useless so getting the key from that padlock door is a no-go

You HAVE to complete the bell tower one first for it to allow you to unlock all 3

I know this is a old video, but you can get the key from the headmasters office before the polly juice quest. (It's technically cheating) but you can just fly upto his office on your broom. As long as you have alohamora 2 (I think) you can get in.

This was patched unfortunately the doors no longer have locks to unlock 🔓 only way to get in now it’s thru the polyjuice mission

Aresteo should also work on the clock one would think. It is a later spell than glacious though.

So idk how but iam not even 20% through the story mode and I already have the tailored green coat your showing in the game, mabye it's just the appearance

Ah, story locked. - he said for the 350th time in the game when trying to complete something. Fine, I'll just progress the damn story :D

For me the clock tower is bugged, I accessed the door and it didn’t give me the Hogwarts secret challenge

I opened the chest under the bridge but my gear inventory was full now the chest is stuck open and it won’t count the secret in my challenges anybody know a fix?

Be careful with the key in the headmasters office. DO NOT try to use it during the mission, or it may glitch. I didn't realize for hours, then I didn't have the key, nor was it on the desk. Hadda go back to that save that I had thankfully.

Happened to me… didn’t notice for hours. I have no save to go back to. Was going for 100 % challenges too and am now locked out. This is the only mention of it I can find on the internet so I don’t have much hope it’ll be fixed

The third room is bugged if you’re on the quest for the third trial. If you try to open the door, you’ll be too far away and fail,the quest and when you complete the third trial and come back the key is gone and the door won’t open.
