    This is very amazing. I never thought about doing that but as I was watching you and seeing what happened, maybe this is my personal opinion, maybe not that much baking soda because of small amount gives a strong activation, and maybe not having the fire too high and by putting it in a larger pot, gave it more room, so this was good. I’m very grateful for you giving this video for us. More blessings in your life. Thank you my sister.🧘🏾‍♂️🍃🥰

    I purchased dry cow skin. Do I do it the same way meaning just boil it with baking soda until soft?

    So sorry for late response. don't use soda for dry fish just pour hot water on it and add a little salt to it and set aside to soften it take like5 minute is done but for stock fish just pour on it overnight and use it the next day ,in the case of immediate use just add little soda and cook it for like 10 to 15 minutes and wash it really well because of the baking soda and then proceed to cook it with your meat that all.

    So doing it this way will it still have a crispy texture that I love. I find mines always get too soft even when steaming

    Yes but always check the perfect texture for you as you are cooking then you stop cooking when it get to the stage that is perfect for u

    Hello dear you boil it or add salt to it with boil water cover it with cling film and set aside over night.

    It depends on the skin type of meat, some are hard and some are soft. If hard you leave it longer to soften.
