Perfect smoke for that Thanksgiving meal or a weeknight dinner.
🔥 Ingredients:
- 1 turkey breast roast
- 1/3 bag of Meat Church Bird Baptism Brine
- 1 orange
- 1 gallon of water
- McCormick Lime Mayonesa
- 16 mesh black pepper
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 stick of butter
👨‍🍳 Steps:
1. Prepare brine with Meat Church bird brine, water and orange.
2. Lather breast with McCormick Lime Mayonesa.
3. Season with black pepper and Lawry's.
4. Smoke at 275°F until internal temp reaches 160°F.
5. Wrap in foil with butter for a flavorful finish.
6. Rest for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
