Step 1️⃣: Find Your Line
Imagine a line from each shoulder to the opposite knee. To slip a jab, turn your lead shoulder just slightly toward the opposite knee. Keep your hand up for protection.
Step 2️⃣: Mirror Image
The same principle works for your rear shoulder. When slipping to the other side, turn your rear shoulder slightly towards the opposite knee while keeping your guard tight.

Thank you, master 🙏🙏 You also can slip by legs (it's more economic for long duration fights).
But certainly u should improve your reaction time right,how would an average person increase its reaction time

Practice practice and practice! I would also say start slow get the mechanics correct then start speeding up the process!

I would work on parrying the shots and use your lead hand to dictate the distance while working the jab.

No matter how tall you are, when someone throws a punch and your head is there target, you just move the target(head) over far enough to clear the punch. No matter how tall or short, the concepts the same because the target is going to be what they punch at . I hope i make sense to you. Plus the advice on perrying shots , and dictating distance , moving and jabbing is a great way for someone your length to fight. The reply before mine by ringkinetix is good info. (Im an active amateur boxer with 13 years of experiance)

@@syuo5051 реакцией опоры не пользуется. тело работает на излом. дышит не правильно. отсутствует понимание естественного движения тела... плечи работают на излом, разрывает целостность плеча...

@@project_of_life понял, спасибо, посмотреть бы еще как правильно, но я делаю слипы ногами, а не туловищем, как он. Хотя, предполагаю, что и туловищем можно (в зависимости от ситуации).
