I was a professional boxer and am a southpaw I am a expert in CQC having trained in Jeet Kune Do , Silat , Eskrima , MACP and SOCP I have trained for over 30 years and am a puncher boxer in the ring Pendulum steps are great , especially staying just outside a opponents reach I personally use a pendulum step backwards into a straight stance and then I can choose which direction I want to step into I highly recommend studying Cuban Boxing Footwork as it is extensive and has amazing moves like L steps which I use a lot Be careful using any combat sport in the street because they do not protect the testicles as there is no need to in the ring or octagon One thing I don't see alot is teaching fighters different ways to get into the T position and how to alternate between southpaw and Orthodox by shifting the feet to different angles Anyway , I recommend studying Evander Holyfield for a master of Rhythm, Distance, footwork and timing and Rob Kaman for Muay Thai Kickboxing Pendulum steps which are different than Boxing as a pendulum step in Kickboxing raises the lead foot really high ready to kick These videos are great and remind me of my classes when I was a kid

It sounds good, but hands are quicker than head movement. Say he goes to jab your body you won't stop it . I like what you are trying to do. It will work against slower people when you are in a cooperative range but better not to be in a cooperative range . What you are showing is very amateurish for points . It sounds good for people that don't know what they are doing.

Show me anyone can consistently avoid or counter Loma and Usyk punches. They all get tag consistently by Loma and Usyk to the point of getting KO or almost KO.

@@orlandu2532 Usyk outpointed Anthony Joshua to win his World title but Andy Ruiz didn't have footwork but just went in on Anthony Joshua and demolished him and made him quit. Now Ruiz didn't train for the rematch and still survived being well out of shape and no footwork. If he was fit he would have done the same .Usyk only beat a man with no more heart. If Usyk Muhammad Ali. Ali would wouldn't be getting hit in his prime his footwork and distancing was great.

@@davekirby8228 You should really learn boxing before judging professional. Andy Ruiz landed a lucky punch on AJ, he got dominated the whole match and downed a couple of time before that lucky punch landed. That is what we called a puncher chance in boxing. Most of the time puncher will get their face bashed in, but rarely they land a lucky punch and get K.O win. Goodluck trying to win consistently on high level competition with Andy Ruiz style, and Andy Ruiz did lost on the rematch didn't he, a lost is a lost. Didn't Joshua get close to be K.O by Usyk in the 12, when Usyk don't need to save gas anymore. Usyk can do that to AJ if he really wanted to, but he chose not to. Since he can win on point, there is no need to risk it on the off chance of a lucky punch or getted gassed. And great as Ali was, if some time machine bring a Ali back to this mordern age, he will be an above average heavy weight at best. Didn't Ali went to life and death with Frazier, and can you compare Frazier to mordern day similar style boxer such as Povetkin? Well, I don't think I will waste my time anymore, please go learn something.
