Same! My hair is 3a at best (but I'm only a week into my Curly Transition; it seems to be getting more and more spiral every wash!) Moral of the story: even though my curl pattern is way different, her videos along with India Batson, have SAVED my hair 😂! (To the other comment on this thread: troll much? 🤐 Why do some ppl thrive in bringing negativity to every positive thing! It's like they go " Ohhh-aw he## no! This chick seems HAPPY! We're going to have to get on that STAT! And voila!: INSERT UNNECESSARY BUZZKILL NEGATIVITY HERE. 🙄)

I saw someone recommend this to make their puff look bigger. I've been putting the front part of my hair up first then securing the back with a second scrunchie whether I do a bun or puff just to reduce any tension on my edges. It seems to reduce tension all around actually. I definitely prefer it to putting it all up in one scrunchie.

Bonnets always distort my curls but a pineapple with a silk scrunchy never lets me down! Ps green looks phenomenal on you!

I tried it and love it! I recently got more layers, & this adds more volume. Love it! (And you look so pretty, as always!)

I didn't realize that the curlers I was using to tie my hair up at night with (to loosen the curl... I know..) were breaking my hair badly. This looks good.

@@KNJ20 if you see the buttons (like, dislike, etc) on the lower right side of the video short, it’s the second to last image, just above the little image of her face. Takes you to a little menu and description is at the top. Hope that helps! I’m on a VERY old phone with a VERY old iOS and therefore an older version of KZread so I might be seeing different tools that you.

Wow! WGs just now realizing the power of the bonnet...

I have long 2C hair and I do it a little differently, because I find that if I leave any hair loose in the bonnet it gets really messed up still. I use an invisibobble (because it doesn't leave a mark on the hair like other scrunchies do), and I do the long hair version of a pineaple (where after you loop the scrunchy you only pull the hair half out) leaving the invisibobble pretty lose, then I use the bonnet. This preserves my waves pretty well because they can't move around and don't lose much definition.

I have a lovely bonney from only curls. Super comfy, doesn't fall off or leave any marks but I always wake up from being too hot, even in the dead of winter. I gave up with it.
