I am experiencing the side effects of less sleep.. like those white pimple things in mouth (I'm cs student.. so idk what they are called), acne on my face, headache,food cravings etc.. 100% my sleep is very bad.. cauz I'm in 12th and I need to study and study.. i sleep at like 12 or 1 am.. and wake at 5.. and it's irregular.. so yes..
