    Because of night shifts for 1 year my entire health ruined. Got high tryglecerides for not getting time for excercise. Vitamin D and B12 deficiency. And the great news is today was my last working day 😌. It feels like I literally born again. With this job I learned that no matter how much we earn health is most important part of life.

    I am experiencing the side effects of less sleep.. like those white pimple things in mouth (I'm cs student.. so idk what they are called), acne on my face, headache,food cravings etc.. 100% my sleep is very bad.. cauz I'm in 12th and I need to study and study.. i sleep at like 12 or 1 am.. and wake at 5.. and it's irregular.. so yes.. I realised the importance. I will work on changing it thanks.
