I havent been able to figure that out, only with a pdf i was able to do it on adobe fill and sign but not with word.

Kevin, thanks for the information provided. I actually used this office app initially for signing until one of my colleagues mentioned that my signature in the pdf can actually be "grabbed", repositioned and even deleted by other people with the file. It's not "embedded" with the document. Since then I opted for different apps. It's a pity since Microsoft office provided a more seamless experience with my office 365 ecosystem. Have you encountered this also? Cheers

I wanted to ask, which do you think is better for syncing outlook 365 emails based on the actual app itself, I have been a long time user of android but I have noted I use a lot of sub folders that I have rules on with the Outlook desktop app, and you can obviously see these new emails coming into various folders, however on Android this seems not to be the case . Is this the case for iPhone as I heard it has slightly better syncing then the Android device. Being a business user running E3 licences just wanted your thoughts?
