I'd say this is more to extend the nails and the structure more to protect. You can build and strengthen the natural nail with this whereas the structure is to protect damaged nails. Hope that makes sense hun xx

Yes absolutely. You can even use tips if forms aren't working. I used it with dual forms on my non dominant hand and it worked like a charm xx

I bought some in the larger sizes, and they were a lot thicker it looks like than yours 🤔 they are nice tho. I do find I get heat spikes tho quite badly xx

Some people are more prone to heat spikes than others esp if nail bed is damaged or thin. Try half power modes or thinner layers. I know if I build a nail entirely in one step like omg😱lol but they don't last long ...too much gel at once = heat spikes. Try a thin layer first then add more.

I'd also say try thinner layers. Builder Gel is supposed to be thick so it requires thinner coats. Try using a gel brush as opposed to the bottle that way you'll have better control on the amount you have on your brush at one time. Xx

The Bunny Diaries Beauty Blog and to add to the advice the others have supplied, you could also try super quick 10 second flash cures a couple times before going in for your full cure. I’m not prone to heat spikes but I hear that really works for ppl that are. Hope this helps some! 🤗
