Oh my gosh! This is so helpful! I'm working on my natural nails now (instead of tips) and I always end up with a little more rounded than I like on my square edge! I just tried your technique! Much better! Now, if I could perfect crispy edges I'll be thrilled! 😂

What if you have a short/medium almond shape, with more tapering? Is it better to grow them out then shape to a tapered square?

It’s totally personal preference but I probably would if you want to keep a little length with the square shape. Or you can file them down reallyyyy short as a blunt square! If you like to do dip powder on them though the tapering will even out with the bulk of the dip powder 💓

I think they’re great products! I tend to not use mine only because it’s more to move around while filming. However, I think they’re great for helping keep dust away from your lungs and keep your work area clean! Here’s the one that I have 💓 o.bttn.io/0PFBmE99cpn
