Since the back was cut from the front and the front had about 2 inches dart, should it be cut or sewn out of the back? Won't the back piece be bigger than the from piece?

It most likely would be bigger, I’ll advise that if you’re practicing, you should cut the back separately so that it won’t have that excess far allowance except you wish to add dart to the back as well
