I used 2 and half yards of fabric for small size

The video is detailed. Please Is the waist line the same thing as top length? Then how will I get the hip line as I can't reach out to the person.

Yes the waist line is the same as half length and normally the hip line is normally between 8 to 9 inches depending on how tall the person is.... Thanks
