Hi! Do you have a video on how to draft and all in one facing for a self drafted, sleeveless, zippered bodice? I can only find videos on how to attach the facing.

Can you hand tack/invisible tack along the facing on the inside of the garment to keep it from flipping up when you're taking the garment on/off? I noticed this happens often with my neck facing and it drives me nuts. Also for the dress I'm currently making, there's a neck drape that covers the front neckline so I'm guessing if I hand tacked the facing down, it wouldn't be visible anyway because of the neck drape. 🤔 Is there a reason against hand tacking facing to keep it in place when putting the garment on/off?

Does fabric required to attach with the interfacing needs to be cut on bias?

How far away (in inches) should I understitch the facing..? It is confusing since some people say 5/8" and other say 1/4". Can you help me with this,. Thank you.
