Why would they remove a useful function for the bigger screens. So frustrating.

THANK YOU. Not being able to connect wirelessly to the bigger screen was annoying the hell out of me. I mean, I'm still annoyed, but now I know it's not anything I'm doing wrong.

Does this work for the 2017 Hyundai Tucson?

Hi, I have a 2022 Tucson. Is there a way to use Waze navigation in Android Auto and also listen to music (either through another AA app or the car's XM. or radio)? I can't get it to work for me. One will cancel the other. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

I've heard multiple reasons. From licensing issues to hardware capabilities. I would lean more towards a hardware reason but I am not 100% sure.

You might not have wireless android auto/apple carplay.

Hyundai cheapened out and removed the Satelite capable antenna on the 2020 models as well. No serius radio either..

So only on vehicles with the 8in. screen. Leaving many thousands of newer $34K+ vehicles not included. BRILLIANT !!! They will eventually Add It for larger screens . . . probably for more $$$. I am unfamiliar with it . . . so I don't know if it is something worth pursuing anyway? Not going to scramble the puter trying to force it. Let's see how many years it takes Hyundai to play out this . . . yet another game.

Every Tucson is getting wireless for 2025 because it is moving to their next generation infotainment. This would leave the Elantra and possibly Palisade without wireless capability for the 2025MY but Hyundai hasn't announced changes quite yet for those models.

It does not work. My phone's screen refreshes...and refreshes...and refreshes...and eventually either the phone or the car just gives up.
