I did this on my PS4 and for some reason i got the same New York DNS though I live in Puerto Rico. That DNS works better than my IP DNS. Will be using this set up and see how it comes out. Thank you for this.

Hey there. To get my console on youtube I have to run it through a VPN connection (Due to where I'm located). I set everything up last night but it does not show I'm live on lightstream, and the overlays are not showing on my stream. Any idea if this is fixable?

Yes it can be done on Xbox! You just don’t have to follow the steps at the end for PlayStation. Do you have a capture card?

im done with the setup and i ran a test and i started seeing the gameplay screen only for a few second then it went black, the overlays are there but the gameplay screen is completely black... anything i can do???

im having a problem putting my chat in the gameplay screen the "live transparent" thing when you hit the custom button does not work. i did a test stream and everything worked but that. not just what I'm doing wrong i tried to make a new overlay on stream elements and repeated your steps and now the white won't go away but i could see the chat to begin so now i have 2 problems :( please help

Awesome video but do you know if it views can see the overlay on mobile because that’s the biggest thing I’ve had trouble with. You can only view on the desktop version

Yes viewers can see the overlays on any device mobile, desktop, tablet with no issues. It’s not like overlay expert

@@PachucoTTV it worth it if you don’t have a high spec computer or a capture card, and it removes a lot of tech complications, I used lightstream for over a year when I got start before I upgraded my setup.

It took me forever to figure this out but you gotta go to text settings and change it from -50 to 200

@dangeloddb1393 go to Text settings, Advanced. From there you can adjust it's height

when i look at the stream its just black w the overlay on it

at the 10:47 to the 10:50 mark.....select WHERE!?!?! what are you selecting to put the text on the design??

I did all the steps, including the settings for DNS. Loaded a game and linked my KZread and hit live. Came back to the Lightstream page and nothing. Cannot see the stream at all. I can see my live on my KZread page but not on the Lightstream. Has anyone else had this issue???

I followed every freaking step and my overlay alert for sub won't show even after submitting it. I deleted everything and started fresh and same thing nothing worked. Big thing though stream designz you can't get refund which is wack. Great video man but nothing is working for me.

@@YRFgrim6 I had the same issue but figured it out, where the screen says minus 50 change that to minus 210 that will get it in the box. He must have edited this bit out by mistake.
