Win11 is more friendly ui than 10 as it won't show unnecessary apps in start menu and the settings apps is also easy here than earlier

You can upgrade to windows 11 .If your laptop or PC have good System Requirements.If you not having Godd Requirements of laptop .It will lag and hang very much .

My laptop is 10months old--> Dell core i3 4GB RAM , no SSD , it lags a lot and slows down and hangs. i installed quick heal . there are many background apps running, on startup the memory used is 73% , disk is 100% and cpu is highly used. But there is not much app in my laptop. What to do in this case?? please reply

What the hell man. Your laptop is only 10 months old and you are having so much problem. Mine is 6 years old and working normally. and i only have HDD with same 4 GB RAM and its DDR3. Problem is apps running. 1st If you don't have any problem with virus then uninstall anti virus. if you think your laptop is infected with virus i suggest take back up of all the things you want except system files and do fresh install of OS. You can always use windows defender. looking at your comment i doubt you could get malware. Also if you are using Chrome then i say remove or end process software reporter tool or else it will kill your laptop. If not you can also try different browser but if you stick to Chrome you needs to remove that tool. Next go to start up and remove all the things you aren't need for daily use. you can always open then whenever they are needed there's no need to load all those apps with start up. I suggest show your laptop to your friend who knows his stuffs or take it to computer shop you can trust. Since your laptop is 10 months old only i can assume it comes with preloaded OS 10 in which case you can use reset key which is way easier and then have clean start. also don't forgot to backup lest you regret.
