Hi, pls let me knw ,how we can checked used laptop if we buy new laptop from Amazon whether it's original or refurbished laptop? Also ,if Ram is 16GB and we see out 15.3:Gb is usuable then its common thing or not ? Also , warranty registration folder is also installed already,wht does it means?.also in laptop one month ms office subscription is free but whn you want to login its mentioned you will inform after 5 days your subscription is ended? Pls let me know how to chk whether its new one or old one as acer company doesn't support me and Amazon as well.

I set up my new HP laptop.checked all the specs and found them as per my model ordered.luckily i keep my MS and google log in details...so the procedure was smooth and also activated the bundled MSO home and student 2021 .i had selected country as india...but later i saw in the system tray that the date and time was one day or so early....if it was way off i would feel that the CMOS battery was gone but one day late date meant i had to go into the date & time in the system tray and manually select india....all well thereafter.i saw a vid which said that the SSD (1TB in my model) should not be partitioned because unlike in HDD where partitioning help the read-write speeds from the HDD platters,SSD technology thus doesnt need partitioning.what is your say on this?
