How to keep the recording always on ? My camera never records

I had a system installed by some cowboy and when he installed it, he said that the username was admin and the password was 12345. This worked for a while but I have had several problems with it and trying to get him out to rectify it has been difficult. Hence the bad review. He has refused to come out and put the system back online "because of what I said about him in the review" but even before that, all he would do is send me links to youtube videos to fix it myself. I have tried many times to deal with it myself but have failed miserably! I changed the username and password but it keeps telling me that the action failed. I have wondered whether the person who installed it has some kind of remote access and has disabled the system. :/ I have this evening downloaded the app to my new phone but again, I get so far then it stops working saying there is a username or password error. Is there a VERY simple video that will advise and guide me through installation, please?

hey mate . the system has an NVR username and camera username.. you need to have them both in order to change the system IP and other things.. if you need extra help I'm available
