How to edit the photo on the watch face ...it's not working

how do i delete a watch face? By default, the DaFit application provides 5 different Dial faces and only allows me to add one more, giving me 6 dial faces. If I try and add a 7th, it will delete the one I previously added, and keep the other original 5 (that I want to delete.) I have tried touching the face and holding it down to swipe, but that doesn't work in deleting the face I want to get rid of. Any suggestions?

The problem Ihaving is that all notifications sound are coming through the watch and not the phone. Even when I'm playin music or watching a video, it plays through the watch. So how can I get the notifications to go to the watch without sounding through the watch?

I need a sound for my alarm. How do I do that?
