This way your battery will run out of power if you use more than 7 turrets. Thats because you have a wind turbine at the height of 4 floors which does produce 89 power on average. So by the nature of battery being under load and taking only 80% of incomming power to charge itself, you end up with obly 71 useable load on the battery. If you go over this amount, the battery will slowly lose charge untill it drains completly. That will leave you with flickering turrets

You need to get wind turbines on as many frames or walls (vertically) as you can to maximize power generation. Terrain elevation is not a factor, just building frames or walls.
