Thanks Jake. You're an archery super hero and I appreciate all of your time and effort on these videos.
Another great video-- even for us barebow shooters the concept of the push thru the clicker is essential to good shooting. We have to feel when we are at our full draw but the value of the clicker concept to me is the come to alignment, settle, aim and push the bow thru the imaginary clicker, pushing the arrow towards the target, unanticipated release and follow thru arrow all the way to the target. One smooth motion.
Really well explained + demonstrated. Thanks!
Thanks Jake, I appreciate your efforts. Everytime when I need any information amount archery I come here. You are a best tutor.
Thank you Jake, takes the mystery out of the clicker and makes it approachable for novice (me :) shooters.
I'm so glad I found your channel and so grateful that you freely share your knowledge. Thank you.
Jake: I follow your videos any time I need a good advice. Your a true professional with great presenting skills. Thank you.
hey Jake, newbie in barebow archery here. Been watching a lot of your videos and I was wondering if there was already or if you could make a series on how to set up your bow. like how/where to install the nock pin, arrow rest, plunger etc, how to measure the required length of string, impact of pre stretching your strings VS not etc all the basic fondamentals. You always explain in detailed and easy to understand fashion and I think it would be interesting. Thank you so much for all your free videos it
Wow thankyou Jake subscribed so well explained looking forward to watching more videos.
I am from indonesia, thanks you
Like your T-Shirt!
Jake, good advice. Now if I could only come through the clicker as easy while aiming at a target as I can at blank bale. Everything would be great.

When you are at far distance try an exercise where you do normal shot but come through clicker intentionally but don’t shoot the arrow and keep expanding after it clicks. Do that 5 or 6 times in a set and repeat. Then try the same exercise but shoot the arrow. Make sure you aren’t collapsing when you are doing the second exercise. That should help your mind with expanding smoothly
I've been shooting with a clicker since May, self-teaching (with assistance from Dr Kaminski). gotta say that the advice at 9:41 chimes loud with me - a coupla millimeters too far back and I found I was really struggling, so shot inconsistently (not that I shoot well in the first place). Latest lesson is that I need to check my clicker (it's a Beiter) because over time it creeps out of position, so it's a start of day check, and an occasional check during the day (I'm trying for 120 arrows/day on my 18metre Backyard Agincourt range, while I'm working from home and the weather's good) And O BTW, @Heather - how's your shooting progress?
Hi! New subscriber here ~ I'm 22 y/o and currently obese. it has always been my childhood dream to learn archery. Watching the olympics definitely ignited the spark in me to dream a little. Do you think I can still learn archery at my age enough to qualify for Olympics? *(this may seem far-fetched for now but I decided to put in all effort and work for this big dream)

Yes, you can still do it. Archery isn't a sport that benefits from being young. It's more about the work you put into achieving your targets. Find a local club and enroll onto a beginner's course. They will teach you the basics and get you going! Good Luck.
Thanks Jake!
Wow black xceed 🤩🤩
i have your aae gold extended clicker, only good option with full length arrows.
Hi Jake, absolutely love your videos 👍 thank you for taking time to do these helpful videos. I am looking to find out where I can purchase a Barebow weight like your one you added to the win win riser (I added a weight which was too close to the bottom limb bolt, I added a nut to create a space) a judge said the bow is illegal to use for Barebow
Which hunterrest did you use and which plunger?
Do we need clicker?
First 😅😅😅🤣
