Hello . I wanted to ask does a women require her spouse or guardian permission to get job visa in dubai . I have heard that an NOC is required . If you are married is it necessary to get noc from husband or from father is enough . This NOC is given by the uae ministry or we can write our own NOC and get it signed

Its not required...if you got a job and sponsoring visa for your kid you have to get noc

To elaborate - In Islam we believe and follow ways of earning hard earned income. Any source of income which is not hard earned, or which is through luck is strictly discouraged like money from interest, gambling, etc

Hard earned income should also be from halal sources and not from haram activities like - selling liquor, smoking items, drugs, selling weapons which promote violence and war, etc

Correction... Not just Muslims but orthodox Christians and Jews too do not deal with usury or interest. It is considered a major sin as it destroys society financially in the long term. We can see it's effect today in the world especially after the USA got off the gold standard and the other nations began to copy it blindly. The central banks have been just printing out of thin air and then charge the other banks interest who in turn charge it to their clients. What is even worse is that these banks deal with fractional banking methods (Google it) Over a period of time, the capital gets accumulated in the hands of a very few but powerful people while everyone else struggles with inflation and poverty. Most "Islamic Banks" don't actually follow the Islamic way of doing business. They deal in interest and usury although covertly.
