Hi, I have the same machine that I purchased 3 years ago. It performs flawlessly during our event at church. My question is do I need different sealer film for PET cup or I have to change different temperature to wok on PET cup. I just bought a couple case of PET cup and didn’t aware it’s PET. I been using PP ever since. Thank you for your support

Do these machine use a pin or the little bottom catch as recognition for the auto?

Hi. My machine wastes a lot of film before it actually seals. I am setting the black square of the film right on the eye of the machine but not sure what else to do

Hi Yamille, what model number is your machine? You can change the settings on our machines to roll the film by time, not by the black dot. Please send a short video to info@bubbleteaology.com and we will be able to help you.
