sometimes it’s also worth getting young coaches you can send them on courses to get better badges with good determination they will get better over time

Do you need coaches to match your tatic you are playing????

Welcome man!

Coaches now have ability and potential ability like the players do. How can you find which of your coaches has the potential to be a lot better? For example Molina and Cuesta that you sacked will eventually reach 4.5 stars according to some of the FM sites. They improve with experience at a high level and coaching courses. But I can't seem to find anything that suggests these coaches might end up being good. Is it purely driven by their mental stats? E.g determination and ambition?

You can’t unless you buy the editor or check the pre game editor. But yes like players it’s driven by their personality and hidden attributes like ambition, professionalism etc.

Helló mate If you select yourself to do a specific role like tactical possession what happens? Do I now have to do something specific or it happens in the background?

Why are the U21 Staff available for first team training & likewise in the U18 team. The u18 team has my fitness coaches and goalkeeping coaches availble?

That's just how the game works Neil! It is a bit strange to be fair.

Does the coach workload matter at all ? Because i always just use one coach for each training category and sometimes their workload says heavy, but is that even a problem ?

Yeah it means development will be slower. More coaches around means more chance of specialised coaching which speeds up development.

Do the same for u21s and u19 coaching staff i take it?

Does anyone have the issue of being unable to add staff to their youth setup? When I go to sign someone, it only gives me the option to add to first-team staff and not my youth teams

you have to take control of the youth team overal training and then youll be able to assign your coaching staff i guess?

I heard a few years ago that fitness coaches pass on some of their personality. Do you know if thats still true?

All coaches can pass on their personality, especially to the newgens that come through the academy.

hi guys, have you met a situation that the assignments being mixed up? I set them as shown in the video, click ok, contiue the game, but if I go back after some time somehow it is changed. one coach is assigned to more areas, while I have enough coaches to have everything around 4 stars with light workload

Yh that normally happens when you have 1 or two that have not been assigned to any coach.. So it's like the ai auto fills the empty slot and mixes it up.. Try and assign coaches to all sections, this should keep it for the season at least..

Bro the best way to find good staff is just select 15 attack defend technical tactical, ai head of youth development people pop up you can sign them for any of your coaching spots on all squads

You need the mental attributes too otherwise just looking for 15 in the coaching ones won’t give you the best star ratings.
