For my case it totally locked one of my accounts. Any time I attempt to enter this website it asks for my authenticator codes and I only changed phones twice. Very frustrating!

Hi. trying to sign into my kraken acc but its asking me for the 2fa code, so i install authenticator apps which then ask me to scan qr code or enter manually (im guessing the code) so where do I find the qr code or code to enter manually? thanks

I don’t think you can, fundamentally those are the only ways to do so. I think it’s also something that must be done prior to losing access to your account

This Authenticator system is so complicated and tiring. Most of us are not IT experts and tutorial videos make it worse with poor explanation, class pass rate 10% 😏
