    I'm using an app to manage my product catalog feed, so I can't use the Shopify FB & Instagram app because that app forces me to sync products. I cannot use the app just for the Pixel and API, I HAVE to sync products and it create duplicate sync from my feed. Is there a way to use this app but not connect the product sync to my catalog? Otherwise no marketing expert has been able to show how to install Conversion API with Shopify without using the app.

    I'm not sure if there's a way, it would likely be best to ask the support team's of your catalog app...usually app teams are pretty good at advising. I have clients that use catalog feed apps and manually setup Conversions API rather than using the app, so you could always do that too - just more technical work involved.

    Awesome 🎉 ive done that but the installation progress bar only reaches 33%. Any known fixes?

    Interesting, I'm not sure where the installation progress bar is even shown. Are you seeing this in Shopify or Events Manager?

    Same issue I was having, Solution: Reset the S. App and clear the cache, and then reinstall. It will be resolved.
