What if my app doesn't include the SoloCam S340? It only has the SoloCam S330. What do i do then?

Try to upgrade your app

When the camera tracks a subject across its entire pan range, does it return to its original default position after? Or does it stay aimed wherever the subject left the field of view?

Hi You have the option to choose about four presets, and also to set one of them as the default preset After tracking a subject the camera will return to its default preset m. There’s a delay off about 30 seconds or so.

The Eufy app for iOS looks totally different on my phone. According to the App Store I'm using the latest version of the app. The S340 is not listed when attempting to set up. Have any of you seen this?

It should be showing up under wall, light cam If not, I would delete the app and reinstall it

Hi, try these things 1. Turn off your cellular data 2 make sure your connected to the Wi-Fi network before starting set up 3. ensure that you have the password 100% correct

Hi Sometimes this can be a bit difficult. Try to do it in a well lit area. Try to move your phone closer further up down, etc..

These connection issues are insane. I vote it as a piece of shit. AVOID THIS PRODUCT
