How to Set Up a Laser Engraver Exhaust System

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Laser Engraver machines are great tools to engrave and cut however they produce a lot of smoke. To get this smoke out of the building I am installing an exhaust system with 6" duct fan.
Here are the components that I used in the build:
Duct Tape: amzn.to/49lR5zL
Blast Gates: amzn.to/3VOTCzo
4" Flex Pipe: amzn.to/4an5rkp
Vevor Fan: amzn.to/49ljtSs

Great work, I don't think there will be too many leaks at all.

Nicely done, good choice to use 6" as a "plenum" for the 4" drops.

I have around 6-8 hours of use in this system now. It is performing very well! Thanks!

Great work , Smoke-generating containers are used, which are placed in front of the test tube, then the smoke is released to spread, and the smoke is moved using a fan if you want to be sure if there is any leak

That is a great idea. So far, I have about 5 hours into this system and no leaks.
