Right?! I had Leslie install it and the refused to come out and fix it. Then a different pool company came out and did showed this and cost me $60 smh

Same issue . Couldn’t figure out . But for me - I had to press the “3 line” button once , and the minus and plus button together once . And it turned on.

Thanks a lot @swod1 :-) Just like other's - Our's also had issues starting. wasn't setup properly.

I’ve had rodents get into our 10 yr old Hayward heat pump and chew through the wires. Does this unit have openings at the bottom that would allow rodents to get in. I realize nothings perfect, just don't want to make it too easy for them.
