Sir, thank you so much. I just bought one yesterday and you saved me the confusion of reading the manual to set it. I love this watch. I was a teenager in the early to mid 1980s and I had a few Casios and this reminds me of the ones I had. Didn't have world time but had a few that looked similar. I miss those watches. Actually I have one still but half the LCD screen doesn't work.

Thank you. This helped me set my AE-12W. Followed your instructions through setting month and date then next the seconds indicator started flashing. It wasn't seconds. It was the last two digits of the year. (21 for 2021) I agree with the many who found this tutorial helpful.

@@khazez8797 I agree, he is just mumbling and going back and forth with whatever he is saying, bringing up random things that have nothing to do what with he was saying at first. This video didnt help me at all, i had to just keep messing around with the watch myself until i figured it out. Terrible guide.

Thanks the T1 part was invaluable spent ages trying to set the time but was stuck on city due to not being on T1.
